Letter sent to The Daily Telegraph on 6 May:
The Home Secretary, Priti Patel, is reputed to have the most hardline anti- immigration policy in the Cabinet. But she mysteriously disappeared from politics for three weeks in late February and early March, when public calls to close airports rose to a crescendo.
This was when Dominic Cummings was promoting "herd immunity, and as such, so promoting the coronavirus spread across the nation.
Infected immigrants were useful to delivering the herd immunity strategy, as they were coming in daily from Milam, New York and China, where the virus had really taken hold.
Ms Patel only re- appeared in public after the 12 March U-turn.
